Common questions
Labels print misaligned
Print at 100% (“Actual Size”) with margins set to “None”, never “fit to page”. Then print Label Studio's calibration test page and apply the X/Y nudge; the correction is saved per template.
A retail barcode says “Invalid”
UPC-A takes 11–12 digits and EAN-13 takes 12–13; the final digit is a check digit. Leave it off and the app computes it.
A code won't scan from a photo
Use Advanced Scan. It runs several enhancement passes, including fixes for photos of screens. Cropping tighter around the code improves results.
Restoring a purchase
Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchase (also available on the Pro screen). Purchases follow your Apple ID.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. The app has no servers and makes no network connections. See the Privacy Policy.
